Tim Jones has 10 years of experience in training and Apple Macs and holds the following qualifications:

2004 - Professional Certificate in Management
Open University

2004 - Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS)

1997 - 7307 Teachers' Certificate - Stage One
City & Guilds

Tim has previously lectured in Creative Computing at the University of Central Lancashire.

He also worked at Cumbria Institute of the Arts from spring 2000 until autumn 2004 in the areas of Mac and Windows support, application and print support, software training and web accessibility.

All our associates and partners are also qualified or professionally experienced in their fields.
